Students working as 91¹û¶³ Digital Video Center (DVC) staff will assist
journalism and mass communication students with checking out and returning
video/photography equipment using an equipment management app. DVC staff will
also remind students of impending return dates, maintain a log of DVC inventory,
keep track of broken or malfunctioning equipment, keep the inventory room
organized, and complete other duties as assigned for the department. Staff hours
will be set between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. based on the student's class schedule.

Federal Work/Study earnings will be paid biweekly in the form of a check or direct deposit payable to the student. This award does not credit to the account of the student as payment toward University charges.

- Must be reliable, responsive, and responsible.
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable operating digital software/phone app for equipment management.
- Support students, faculty, and staff in a positive, professional, and respectful
manner.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented
mindset.
- Familiarity with video and photography equipment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 - 70 lbs.
- Ability to work between 4 - 15 hours per week (within your class schedule, Monday
through Friday).
