Traditional
The traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing pathway is designed for incoming freshmen without a prior bachelor’s degree. Students graduate ready to answer the call to serve others with compassionate and competent care.
Transfer
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing transfer pathway is for students without a prior bachelor’s degree who began college elsewhere or wish to change their major at Samford. Applicants must have at least 24 transferable credit hours.
Second Degree
For students who already hold a non-nursing bachelor’s degree, the second degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing pathway offers a five-semester path to a nursing career.
RN to BSN Online
Designed for registered nurses, the fully online RN to BSN program allows students to complete their degree while strengthening leadership skills and advancing their careers. Its flexible, asynchronous format supports those balancing work and family responsibilities.
